This coming from the man who claimed the reason he didn’t report income on his taxes from his beachfront villa in the Dominican Republic was due to the fact that he doesn’t understand Spanish. This would be all good and fine except that he is chairman of the Ways and Means committee. The same committee that is charged with writing tax legislation and bills affecting Social Security, Medicare, and other entitlement programs.

The same Charles Rangel that has four rent controlled apartments, and leases a Cadillac DeVille for $774 per month of the tax payers money.
